An Aspen Property, this base building renovation incorporates the client's culture and business by stylishly modernizing and updating the space for their tenants and visitors. The concept of frames and framing, utilized in architectural elements throughout the renovation, establishes a sense of place and  showcases the works of local artists. Clean, crisp lines with minimalist materiality are balanced by the vibrancy of furniture and colour of paintings.

444 7th Avenue SW

This renovation for Dream Properties seamlessly integrates the main lobby with the 2nd floor lobby and the +15. The intention was to create a modernized interior that would extend outwards onto 7th Avenue through the use of natural floor finishes and strong connections to Calgary's downtown core. The modern aesthetic is enhanced by simple, yet sharp wood paneling, while creative interest is achieved through large sculptural pendant lighting and artwork. A rejuvenated space, where architectural elements integrate harmoniously, creating balance in a timeless interior.    

FMCTI

The intent of this project was to provide FMCTI with a modern amenity area, which would also act as a multi-functional meeting and presentation space. 

444 5th Avenue SW +15 Restaurant

This restaurant is open to the +15 and visually connects to an adjacent rooftop garden through selected materials and architectural features. This design with varied seating styles, features exposed concrete columns, wooden trusses', and stone flooring, which together deliver an open terrace feel to a unique and modern interior. 

Grosvenor

This modern renovation for Grosvenor's new head office, in Calgary's downtown core, includes a reception, boardrooms, and amenity area as well as closed and open offices. 

Sunterra Farm Group

Sunterra Farm Group moved from down town Acme to a new location (still in Acme) which houses their head office, new venture Soleterra d'Italia office and meat factory. Using Sunterra Farms pork and authentic recipes from the Simonini family in Italy, Soleterra d'Italia creates cooked and cured meats.

Main floor: Solterra offices, private washrooms, factory kitchen and eating area.

2nd floor: Sunterra Farm Group receptions, offices, meeting and boardrooms, and staff kitchen area. The boardroom dn main meeting room opens up into the kitchen area for large gathering and presentation area.

Sunterra Market and Cafe, Kensigton

Creating a new grab and go, café, food service with production kitchen in the basement for Sunterra Market in this timber frame combustible building was quite a challenge. This project also engages and connects with its neighbour District Ventures, an entrepreneurial investment company dealing with the latest up and coming food companies. One can purchase food products, or have an amazing lunch, coffee and fresh baked products.

Sunterra Bankers Hall Calgary

Sunterra Market doubles it’s size in Calgary’s down town Bankers Hall. Sunterra Market goes from 4K square feet to close to 8K. It’s food service has an Italian pizza oven, creating authentic Italian pizzas. It has a pasta making service, delivering fresh past to shopping customers and other Sunterra Markets. It has an amazing fresh salad bar, bakery, big pan and coffee bar. There is a wonderful and seating area for large and intimate, breakfast, lunch and dinner services.

Sunterra Market Red Deer Alberta

Sunterra Market is located in the Bower Place Mall in Red Deer. The store is 20K square feet and is a mix of food service, grocery, and bakery that will supply Calgary and Edmonton baker goods.

The market has mazing fresh food services that can be found in most Sunterra Markets, there is, a salad and fresh juice bar. Other service areas delivering pizzas, piadinas, rotisserie chickens and hams and wonderful pastas. The meat and fish, deli and cheese departments provide the the highest quality products. There is a teachers kitchen on the upper mezzanine delivering and hosting in store and community events and wonderful cooking workshops.

This Sunterra Market is over 20K square feet and was an amazing complex project that has received recognition across the country.
